Your furry friends are more than “friends,” they’re a part of the family, which is why we are proud to call ourselves a pet-friendly living community! Read further to see if your pet meets the Dogwood Apartments requirements.

Pet Policy

  • Dogwood Apartments allows cats and dogs.
  • We welcome pets upon approval by our staff.
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
  • Our pet policy does have some restrictions. Please get in touch with the office for the full details.

Pet Fees

  • $350 non-refundable pet fee per apartment
  • $45 monthly pet fee for each pet
