This place is beautiful and now under new contract and they’re actually getting the stuff you need done within 48hrs of telling them. I have had quite a few things that needed fixed since April when i moved in and they never got it done from other contract. Thank you Monarch for taking care of the things i need done that i’ve been waiting for.

Dogwood apartments is nice to call home! The staff and neighbors are respectful and nice, and the place is kept clean and well up to maintenance! 11/10

Staff is amazing! If there are any problems, they are addressed quickly and efficiently. Maintenance usually responds and has the problem fixed the day after you've requested them!
